As I sat waiting with SiriusXM Radio last night, I thought I would drop some knowledge on how to get the absolute best deals in satellite radio. I renewed my 2 satellite radios and this way I can get my service to more than half the normal monthly fee. Follow these steps and I can almost guarantee you will save money and / or have to pull some gifts to make you happy.

* If you are a current customer, ask for the cancellation department. Be kind, but I tell you just want to talk with the Department for cancellation.
* If you are an existing customer, use the tactics below for a new account as well. Only do this with regular people in customer service.
